Cathy was an absolute professional in every sense of the word. On the planning side of things, she listened to what I wanted to accomplish during my visit and then made additional suggestions based upon her ample experience to help me "fill in the blanks." Once she understood what I was hoping to see and accomplish during my 2.5 week journey, she went to work. She utilized her extensive network to set me up with lodging, activities, a rental car--and made numerous other suggestions that helped to make my trip a magical experience. When certain events/experiences were canceled (which can happen), she sprung into action and ended up working directly with the event in order to get me a refund. This allowed me to continue on my vacation without having to wait on hold or submit endless email inquiries. It is hard for me to imagine ever taking an extended international adventure again without first securing her services.
