At Arva, the resort’s Italian restaurant, a creative farm-to-table philosophy takes center stage. Local ingredients are transformed into memorable Italian dishes: fresh burrata with Bali-grown heirloom tomatoes, handmade pasta, locally caught mahi-mahi infused with herbs from the resort’s garden, and desserts such as coconut tiramisu or tropical fruit panna cotta. Dining beside the three-tier pool, accompanied by the ocean breeze, feels quietly cinematic.

At The Restaurant, Indonesian cuisine comes into focus. During dinner, I enjoy Pepes Ikan, which is local fish steamed in banana leaf with fragrant spices, alongside Lawar, a traditional Balinese salad of fresh vegetables, grated coconut, and aromatic herbs. Each dish offers a genuine expression of place.

Breakfasts here are equally memorable: freshly pressed juices, tropical fruit, homemade breads, and carefully prepared hot dishes, all bathed in soft morning light.
