Curator’s statement
London is one of those cities that feels both iconic and endlessly surprising. Every corner offers a new contrast: historic landmarks next to edgy street art, elegant afternoon tea followed by hidden basement speakeasies. It’s incredibly easy to get around, whether you’re hopping on the Tube, cruising the Thames, or strolling through charming neighborhoods. As a foodie and cocktail lover, I was blown away by how much the city delivers in both style and substance—it’s the perfect place for a grown-up getaway packed with flavor, culture, and just the right amount of adventure.

Day 1: Soho strolls & secret cocktails

The dreamiest entrance to cocktails in London. Sketch knows how to make a first impression—and an even better martini.
Touch down in London and check into The May Fair, a sleek and central home base perfect for exploring the city. Start your trip with a whimsical welcome drink or snack at Sketch—The Glade is a must for its enchanted-forest vibes.
Then, head to The Little Violet Door, a playful, house party–themed bar that feels like stepping into your coolest friend’s flat.
In the evening, join a guided Soho cocktail tour for a fun, local-led deep dive into London’s hidden bar scene (don’t skip the spicy margarita at the underground stop!). End with a comforting bowl of fresh pasta at Emilia’s Crafted Pasta—easy, delicious, and the perfect cap to a very London day.
Day 2: Pedal, graze & sip in style

Day two kicked off with e-bikes, blue skies, and this iconic view. London, you’re really showing off.
Kick off the morning with a guided e-bike tour through central London—it’s the perfect way to cover serious ground while still taking in the charm of cobblestone streets and riverside views.
After the ride, stroll to Neal’s Yard for photos and a snack (the arancini from Arancino of Sicily hits the spot), then pop by St. JOHN Bakery before grabbing lunch at the lively Seven Dials Market.
In the afternoon, unwind with a playful cocktail at The Alchemist, where drinks come with a side of science. After a quick wardrobe refresh back at the hotel, head to The Connaught Bar—one of the best in the world—for an elegant pre-dinner martini, followed by inventive nose-to-tail dining at Manteca in Shoreditch. Pro tip: Plan ahead for speakeasies after dinner—Shoreditch has no shortage of hidden gems.
Day 3: Markets, maritime history & a waterfront dinner

Start your day early at Borough Market to beat the crowds and snack your way through one of London’s most iconic foodie destinations. Chocolate-covered strawberries, sausage rolls, and fish and chips await.
Afterward, hop on an Uber Boat down the Thames for a scenic ride to Greenwich, where you can explore the legendary Cutty Sark and stand on the Prime Meridian at the Royal Observatory.
On your return journey, make a stop at Canary Wharf, where the city’s modern skyline sets the stage for dinner at Dishoom—don’t miss the black daal and house chai. It’s a day that blends London’s deep history with its ever-evolving present, all linked by the river that runs through it.
Day 4: Tower of London, Maltby Street Market & the Bermondsey Beer Mile

Begin your day with a private tour of the Tower of London, followed by a stroll across Tower Bridge and panoramic views from the Sky Garden—timed entry is free, but be sure to book in advance.
For lunch, head to the Maltby Street Market, where street food stalls serve up everything from gooey grilled cheese to raclette-covered fries (yes, it’s as indulgent as it sounds).
Afterward, explore a few stops along the Bermondsey Beer Mile, where local breweries serve up pints in tucked-away arches beneath the railway.
Wrap up the day with dinner and a show—all in one—at Room Where It Happens, a speakeasy-style supper club where your meal comes with a side of live musical performances. It’s the ultimate finale for a trip full of flavor, fun, and a little theatrical flair.
Day 5: Markets, memories & a toast to London

Spend your final day diving into London’s street food scene with a guided food tour of Camden Market, where bold global flavors meet vibrant local energy—think bao buns, vegan donuts, and everything in between.
Afterward, grab a perfectly poured Guinness at The Devonshire, a classic London pub that lives up to the hype. For one last speakeasy adventure, head to Cahoots, a 1940s-themed underground bar set in a repurposed train station, complete with swing music and cheeky cocktails.
End the night with dinner at NAC, a stylish spot known for its Parisian-inspired plates—and whatever you do, don’t skip the famous cookie skillet for dessert.
