Curator’s statement
Virgin Voyages has taken cruising to the next level with their Adults Only (18+) voyages. They have tailored the experience to those who desire luxury, while keeping it affordable and providing great value for the money. The ships appeal toward couples, families, retirees as well as girls trips and reunions.
Virgin Voyages has designed brand new ships that are very stylish, modern and have that allure that keeps you wanting to return many times. Over 85% of the cabins have balconies or have sea views. The hammocks on every balcony are certainly one of the hidden secrets and the most enjoyable and relaxing part of the entire cruise. Virgin offers so many destinations covering the Caribbean, Mexico, Bahamas, the Mediterranean, Europe and soon to add the West Coast, including Alaska.

Things to do on Virgin Voyages

Entertainment: Make sure to pack something Red for the Scarlet night party. There are other theme nights as well as live entertainment to listen to music, comedy performances and dance shows.
Fitness: For those who need to stick to their workout routine, all fitness classes are included in your voyage. You can stay fit, practice your yoga and then enjoy yourself while sailing away.
Spa: Make sure you schedule some time for self-care. A message or facial is quite the treat. You can also schedule time to enjoy all of the hot and cold pools, sauna and steam rooms.
Casino: Slots and table games allow those who desire to enjoy themselves. Virgin even has an arcade with classic games such as Ms Pac Man, Dig Dug and Galga.
Places to eat & drink on Virgin Voyages

Dining: The dinner restaurants are all amazing and offer a wide variety. There are 6 to choose from, a steakhouse, Mexican, Italian, Korean, a vegetarian and a test kitchen that is quite remarkable. Make sure you make your reservations as soon as you board the ship. Quite the variety to chose from and have try something different every night. There are specialty drinks crafted toward the food. Something for everyone to enjoy.
Food Hall: The glorified food hall offers over 20 different restaurants that are ideal for daytime dining, but it certainly can be anytime from breakfast to late-night eating. Some of the choices include panini, burgers, ramen, a custom-made salad bar, sushi and baked goods, just to name a few.
Bars: There are bars all over the ship that offer something for everyone. From craft cocktails to your best liquor, wine and beer. The ship also has a huge coffee bar for those who need to start their day with something a bit extra.
Need to know
I am ready to sail again, see some other ports and certainly relax in the amazing hammock. If you would like to know more and learn why this would be ideal for you, I'd love to help you book your first Virgin Cruise and certainly help everyone book another.
