Day 1: A taste of Philly history

The Liberty Bell - Philadelphia
Morning
You want to start strong with a delicious breakfast. Go over to the Red Owl Tavern. You'll enjoy a tasty Eggs Benedict with home fries on the side.
After your filling breakfast, you are going to want to burn that food off. The Liberty Bell is a two-minute walk away. It is a beautiful park with a small museum that houses the Liberty Bell. When you walk through the halls of that building and look at all of the artifacts, it gives you a sense of awe.
Afternoon
Once you have completed the walk around the Liberty Bell and Independence Mall Area, the next block over, you are going to want to take the Grim Philly Tour. It lasts about 2–3 hours. They have multiple different tours. I would recommend the True Crime Philadelphia: Cemetery and History Tour. You get to learn about historic sites and Revolutionary Philadelphia.
Evening
End your day with a nice meal. Head over to Talula’s Daily, and get yourself a Salmon Grain Bowl. The mix of Zaatar chickpeas, rice, cucumbers, and Scottish salmon complement each other perfectly... to the point where it makes you question food you had before.
Day 2: Sports day

If you are a sports fan, you may want to check out one of the three sports centers. The Xfinity Mobile Arena, Lincoln Financial Field, and Citizens Bank Park are all next to each other.
Before any game starts, you are going to go to Chickie’s and Pete’s. Chickie’s and Pete’s has a dish called crab fries that’s really good. They have a nice, crunchy texture.
Then, go to the game. The people who attend are friendly, welcoming, and full of energy.
Day 3: Breakfast sandwiches & Rocky

Cosmic Cafe has to be a location for breakfast. Their menu is diverse with multiple options to eat. A recommendation would be the All-American Breakfast Sandwich—just chef’s kiss. It’s smoked ham, eggs, and American cheese on a kaiser roll. If a sandwich isn’t your thing, they do have burritos with and without a wrap. Cosmic Cafe has many different meals to accommodate everyone.
The Rocky run
On your last day of this trip. You should re-enact the Rocky run. You will make your way over to the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Running up those steps is so exhilarating. The museum has a large collection of works, including paintings, sculptures, and metalwork. The Philadelphia Museum of Art offer tours, live performances, to events such as sketching in the galleries.
Need to know
The games playing at these sports stadiums will depend on the time of year you decide to go to Philadelphia.
I wish that I could show how much excitement I have for this city.
