Advisor - 3 Days at Walt Disney World: Magic Around Every Corner
Curator’s statement

As I am a Florida girl, Disney has always been part of my life, and some of my favorite childhood memories were made there with my family. Growing up going to the parks created a sense of magic, tradition, and togetherness that has stayed with me into adulthood. Now, getting to experience Disney again through the eyes of my own children feels incredibly special and full circle. For me, Disney is less about the rides and more about the family connection, nostalgia, and joy it brings across generations.

Where to stay

Day 1: Arrival

Disney's Art of Animation

Today is all about settling in, soaking up the magic, and easing into vacation mode. After arrival and check-in, take time to explore your resort, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy the pools, activities, or nearby transportation options like the Skyliner or Monorail. Depending on your arrival time, I recommend a relaxed evening at Disney Springs or an easy dinner reservation to kick off the trip stress-free.

Day 2: Disney World

Epcot, Spaceship Earth!

Plan for an early start/rope drop to take advantage of shorter morning wait times and to maximize attractions, Lightning Lanes, and dining reservations throughout the day. I recommend balancing must-do rides with built-in breaks for snacks, shows, and downtime to keep the day enjoyable for everyone in your group. End the evening with nighttime entertainment, fireworks, or a relaxed dinner to fully soak in the Disney magic.

Day 3: Another park day or rest day

Today can be customized based on your travel style—either another exciting park day or a slower-paced resort and relaxation day. For guests visiting a park, I recommend focusing on a mix of top attractions, dining experiences, and entertainment while pacing the day to avoid burnout. If choosing a rest day, enjoy sleeping in, pool time, resort hopping, Disney Springs, or a signature dining experience to recharge before the next adventure.

Need to know

Every itinerary can be fully customized based on your travel style, family needs, ages of children, preferred parks, dining priorities, and trip length—including adding additional park, resort, or rest days as needed. Be sure everyone in your travel party has the My Disney Experience app downloaded for mobile ordering, Lightning Lane selections, park maps, and dining reservations. Florida weather can change very quickly, so I recommend packing sunscreen, ponchos, refillable water bottles, portable chargers, and comfortable walking shoes. Midday breaks are highly encouraged—especially in our Florida heat—to help everyone recharge and fully enjoy the trip. Most importantly, leave room for flexibility and magical moments along the way—sometimes the best Disney memories are the unplanned ones.
