Where to stay

Unlock perks by contacting Meri Horn to book your trip.

Day 1: Arrive and dive into relaxation

  • Arrive and check in to your hotel in the afternoon. Palm Beach is only a 2.5 hour flight from NYC, making it an easy destination to get to.

  • Change into bathing suits and grab a lounge chair at the pool or beach to start your relaxation!

  • Make a reservation at Buccan or show up right at 5 pm when they open for dinner. All of their crudos are amazing, as is the hot dog panini. Don’t skip one of their creative cocktails!

Day 2: Explore the island

Worth Avenue

  • Start your morning with breakfast at Green's Pharmacy, a nostalgic 1930's Palm Beach diner inside a working pharmacy. Think checkerboard counters and vinyl seating, hearty portions, and unpretentious prices.

  • A lot of hotels offer free bike rentals, or head to Palm Beach Bicycle Trail Shop to rent bikes for a bike ride along the Intercoastal. This is a great way to view the island and the beautiful homes lining the water.

  • Grab lunch at Field of Greens or Pura Vida for some Florida-based health food and then head back to the hotel for some more pool time or a massage.

  • In the late afternoon, head to the iconic Worth Avenue for some shopping and strolling. Grab a cocktail at Le Bar a Vin and then head to nearby Bice for dinner, an upscale Italian spot with a lively bar. Make sure to share the eggplant parmesan appetizer!

  • If you aren't ready to call it a night, head to Cucina, a restaurant turned nightclub Thursday through Saturday nights for dancing and bottle service.

Day 3: The last spin through Palm Beach

  • For one last burst of exercise, hit up SoulCycle's pop-up at Royal Poinciana Plaza. With outdoor bikes shaded by umbrellas, this is the perfect opportunity to enjoy a little more sunshine before leaving. (For a less cardio-intensive workout, try Squeeze Pilates, also located at Royal Poinciana.)

  • Grab brunch at nearby Sant Ambroeus. Delicious omelettes, cappuccinos, and juices can be found at this trendy spot.

  • If you have time before your flight, consider making a stop at the Norton Museum, Florida's largest art museum, which underwent expansion in 2019 to create a beautiful outdoor sculpture garden.

Head to the airport restored and refreshed!

Need to know

While some areas of Palm Beach are walkable, it's best to plan on Ubers or a rental car for getting around.
