Curator’s statement
Palm Beach is synonymous with luxury and old-world glamour. It’s a barrier island known for its pristine beaches, Gilded Age architecture, and upscale ambiance. If you are looking for timeless indulgence, look no further. West Palm Beach is separated by three bridges to the mainland and offers a more urban and eclectic experience. It’s a dynamic city known for its cultural attractions, nightlife, festivals, and growing culinary scene. Many love to stay in Palm Beach and tie in elements from West Palm to round out their time here.

Things to do in Palm Beach

Worth Avenue: Iconic shopping! Some amazing restaurants along this stretch, too. Explore the vias while you sip your coffee and shop the day away. Have lunch at Pizza Alfresco, followed by a dip in the ocean.
The Flagler Museum: Henry Flagler’s mansion turned museum—calling all history buffs!
The Lake Trail: Run, walk, or bike, but don’t miss it. At six miles round trip, this is the most beautiful pathway along the water.
Society of the Four Arts: For your bit of culture, make sure to check their events calendar.
Royal Poinciana Plaza: More high-end retail and delicious food (St. Ambroeus, The Honor Bar, or Celis for a great smoothie).
Norton Museum of Art
Charter a boat and explore the Intracoastal Waterway
Peanut Island: Sand bar! If you don’t charter or have a boat, there is a water taxi that will bring you. This used to be the Kennedy Bunker location. Amazing snorkeling.
Kravis Center: Check the events calendar!
West Palm Beach Green Market and Clematis Street
Places to eat & drink in Palm Beach

HMF, The Breakers: A great menu and even better people watching (let’s give a quick nod to all of the Breakers restaurants: Henry’s, Flagler Steakhouse, Echo, Seafood Bar, Italian—you can’t go wrong with any of these!)
Buccan, Palm Beach for dinner
Aioli (West Palm): A neighborhood cafe for bakery goods, homemade food, and delicious lunch
Sant Ambroeus: A classic
Tropical Smokehouse in West Palm Beach: Laidback and delicious
The Palm Beach Grill and/or Honor Bar in The Royal Plaza: A staple
Elizabeth’s in West Palm: Brunch!
Table 26: Contemporary American with a nautical vibe
