Willow was incredible! She was so communicative! She made travel so less stressful. Especially when our flight out of Chicago was delayed and we missed our connection in Kansas City. She tirelessly and patently contacted the resort, airline, and hotel to adjust our trip. I don’t know that I can ever travel without a travel advisor again!
