Vickie was thoughtful and intentional with planning our quick stay at The Ritz Carlton, Turtle Bay. She made sure to confirm that we had no issues upon check in and also even provided a nice welcome gift for our stay. Her customer service was top tier and I will definitely be booking with her again!!!!

Vickie has been my top-notch travel advisor for my hotel stays at various locations. She is excellent with her recommendations. Communication is the key and that she is always on top of it. All her recommendations have been great, and I love the incentives that go with some hotels that she clearly states on her excel sheet. So far, I have booked two hotel stays with Vickie and there will be plenty more in 2025.
