Former 'resourceful' traveler, I appreciate a budget as much as I appreciate luxury. I'll have a trip on the calendar while I'm planning the next. From adventure to a luxe experience, for me it usually ends with a fine wine and fancy sheets.

Tracy was an exceptional host and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the entire cruise. We met on a Seabourn cruise and became friends prior to the Explora cruise; however, she handled our booking with the same care, attention, and professionalism one would expect from a top-tier FORA travel advisor. She coordinated our reservation seamlessly and successfully secured us an upgrade, which greatly enhanced our experience. Tracy was attentive, approachable, and genuinely invested in ensuring my husband and I had a wonderful cruise. She was always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and check in, while still giving us the space to fully enjoy our vacation. Dinner with Tracy and her husband, Craig, was an added bonus and made the experience even more enjoyable. We felt very well taken care of and would absolutely work with Tracy again. In fact, she has already booked our 2026 Mediterranean vacation for my husband and me, along with our three adult children and their spouses. We would recommend Tracy to others without hesitation.

We worked with Tracy to book hotel blocks for our wedding, and she was fantastic! We had a wide range of guest needs—from one-night stays to guests staying over a week—and Tracy handled everything seamlessly. She also helped us arrange an event at the hotel, which was a wonderful added bonus. Tracy always kept us in the loop, was quick to respond, and truly made this one of the easiest parts of planning our wedding. We highly recommend working with her!

Cruising on Seabourn is always a treat. In October, 2023, I sailed on the Seabourn Sojourn for 10 days through the Tyrrhenian Sea and Malta. The Sojourn carries approximately 300 guests or less with an impressive staff ratio. The staff on Seabourn are incredibly attentive, never fail to greet you with a smile and the service is exceptional.
