LOVED! We had limited ideas of what we wanted and then changed our mind during the process, and Traci was great through it all! Sending us lots of options and even doing comparative research to help us decide which reports would be best for us! She communicated quickly and effectively (and even helped remind us to book our transfers and excursions multiple times)! Will definitely book through her again!
