Spencer was amazing! Not only did she get us an upgraded room, but also early check in, a food and bev credit, and a bottle of champagne in our room. I will definitely be using her services again.

Spencer was amazing! She was extremely communicative and provided us a variety of wonderful options keeping in mind our budget. She had amazing recommendations for activities, restaurants, and sites to see. She looked into logistics for us and made sure our trip went perfectly smooth. I will never book a trip again without calling her!
