Sophie did an excellent job; we not only got an upgrade and free breakfast, which saves about $ 120.- per day, but we were able to stay in our room until 6pm on the day of departure, when our plane left late evening for Vancouver; Thank you so much Sophie.

Our travel agent did an excellent job; we got a room upgrade and a late check out; Our return ferry to the mainland did not leave till 6pm, and we were able to stay at the hotel till 2pm, much appreciated.

This was an excellent recommendation by our travel agent Sophie; We had never heard of the Paradores chain in Spain. Sophie even got us an upgrade and we had a large room with view of the Mediterranean;
