Tuvimos una experiencia increíble en Madrid gracias a Sofia. Desde el primer momento, estuvo súper atenta a cada detalle y logró organizar un viaje perfecto para nosotros. Se nota que realmente le apasiona lo que hace y que le importa que sus clientes vivan experiencias memorables. Madrid terminó siendo uno de nuestros viajes favoritos y gran parte de eso fue gracias a su ayuda y dedicación. Sofia provided us amazing service, we had a special request in which we needed 2 connecting rooms because of my grandma and Sofia made sure everything was taken care of, even calling multiple times to ensure this. We also arrived into San Antonio very late and Sofia made sure that the hotel was aware of our late arrival. She is always available when we need her and always willing to help us.
