My Story
My wanderlust hit early in life. Over the years, I’ve traveled to all 50 states, over 75 countries and all seven continents. My objective is to use my deep knowledge and vast experience in travel to help others create the best weekend jaunt, or the trip of a lifetime. My passion and experiences are particularly suited to small-group active travel, luxury and expedition small-ship cruising and river cruises in Europe and Asia.
Travel Style
My core travel style is “Sensible Luxury” — spending the right amount of money on the right aspects of your trip to get clients the most value for their money, be it in hotels, experiences or tour groups. I know when to splurge and when to save to get the most out of your travel dollars. Personally, I like nice hotels with great indoor and outdoor spaces and amenities — boutique without breaking the bank. In addition to friends, those that you travel with or those you meet along the way, I think great food and wine are essential. While it is always good to build in some down time, I like to build trips with activity and adventure. I have a particular interest in history and antiquities and have found that good guides are worth every penny and help bring the places we visit alive and fill us with a deeper understanding of the places we visit.

Scott is the best travel agent to work with. He makes the entire process incredibly easy and always provides great recommendations and tips that genuinely improve the trip. He’s very responsive, always available when you need him, and goes out of his way to make sure everything is going smoothly. This stay in Florence was a perfect example. He helped us find an amazing place we likely wouldn’t have found on our own. I’d highly recommend working with him for any trip.

We booked our honeymoon in Italy with Scott, and it was truly the trip of a lifetime. One of the highlights was our stay at Mezzatorre — an absolutely stunning property that Scott helped us book. It was everything we hoped for: romantic, luxurious, and unforgettable.
From the very beginning, Scott made the entire planning process feel easy and exciting. He listened carefully to what we wanted, offered expert suggestions, and handled every detail with care. His knowledge of Italy and the properties he works with really made a difference — we felt like we were in the best hands the whole time.
Thanks to Scott, our honeymoon was seamless, stress-free, and filled with special touches we’ll never forget. If you’re planning a big trip — especially something as important as a honeymoon — I can’t recommend Scott enough. He made our dream a reality!

Scott was well informed with not only the city of St. Moritz and the hotel he recommended for us, but also the ins/outs of Switzerland travel (different cities, hotels, trains, restaurants, etc) which was a huge help. He followed up with us as our trip neared and during our travels to ensure we had all the travel details we needed for each city/hotel. He requested room upgrades, early check-ins and transportation, if available. Booking at Hotel Grace La Margna through Scotts recommendation was a special experience for us. We cannot recommend Scott & Fora Travel enough. Future travel needs will definitely book through Scott.

Booking with Scott was extremely easy, and it was amazing since he got us a room upgrade, $100 hotel resort credit, and late check-out. First time booking with Scott and we plan on using him every time we book something. Plus, he is extremely knowledgeable about US and foreign locations. 10 out of 10 stars!!
