Our travel advisor was incredibly professional and attentive throughout our entire trip. He was always available to assist with anything we needed, offering excellent suggestions and advice. Everything was well-scheduled and organized, but the best part of booking with him was his constant support. He even took care of our check-ins at the appropriate times, which made the experience seamless.

Santiago was with us every step of our journey, providing guidance on what to do at each port, what to be cautious about, and how to avoid tourist traps or scams. One of the highlights of our cruise was that the destinations weren’t overly touristy. He helped us choose the perfect suite and walked us through all the options when we booked. It was clear that he had extensive knowledge about cruises.
