Sai’s service was exceptional. Her responses were timely and prompt and she was educated with an answer for any and all questions I had. The purpose of this trip was to celebrate my mother’s birthday and Sai pulled out all the stops to make sure it was a memorable time!

The travel advisor jumped through hoops with our last minute request to get us accommodation for 3 persons with separate beds in one room. She also told us about the parking at the hotel and nearby area, with our short stay advised us about the JFK memorial, the eye and the strip for food and entertainment.
