Our Story
Hello—I’m Rebecca, a Rhode Island—based travel advisor with a deep passion for creating meaningful and seamless travel experiences.
Before stepping into the world of travel advising, I spent many years as an Executive Assistant, supporting both a nonprofit after-school program and the CEO of a large electronics company. In these roles, I managed complex travel logistics, from coordinating private flights to securing luxury hotel accommodations and building detailed itineraries. This experience shaped my ability to anticipate needs, stay highly organized, and deliver smooth, stress-free travel experiences.
Travel has always been more than just a hobby for me—it’s been a lifelong passion. I’ve explored destinations throughout Florida, Cape Cod, Newport, the mountains of New Hampshire, Southern Utah, Las Vegas, Memphis, Miami, and Los Angeles. Along the way, I’ve had the pleasure of staying at iconic properties like The Peabody in Memphis and The Cardozo in Miami, experiences that have deepened my appreciation for exceptional hospitality and thoughtfully curated travel.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Child Psychology from Roger Williams University, which has given me a strong understanding of people, communication, and care—all of which I bring into how I work with my clients.
Recently, after being diagnosed with stage four breast cancer, I made the decision to shift my focus toward building a meaningful and flexible career from home. Becoming a travel advisor felt like a natural path—combining my professional strengths with my passion for helping others create unforgettable memories.
I specialize in travel throughout New England, Florida, Southern Utah, Las Vegas, and California, and I’m continuously expanding my expertise to include luxury and experiential destinations across the U.S. and internationally.
This journey is deeply personal to me, and I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to help others explore the world in a way that feels effortless, exciting, and tailored just for them.
Travel Style
My travel style is all about effortless, elevated experiences that feel personal from start to finish.
I’m drawn to trips that balance comfort with discovery—where you can wake up in a beautiful space, have a plan that flows seamlessly, and still leave room for those unexpected, unforgettable moments. I believe travel should feel easy, not overwhelming, and thoughtfully designed without ever feeling over-scheduled.
I naturally gravitate toward destinations that offer a mix of charm, scenery, and great hospitality—whether that’s a coastal escape in New England, a vibrant city like Miami or Las Vegas, or a relaxing stay somewhere warm and refined. I love places that have a strong sense of identity, where the atmosphere, food, and surroundings all come together to create a full experience.
When I plan travel, I focus on the details that truly matter—the right hotel, the right location, the right pace. It’s less about doing everything and more about doing the right things, in a way that feels smooth, enjoyable, and memorable.
If your ideal trip is one where everything just feels taken care of—where you can relax, explore, and enjoy without stress—then we’ll be a great fit.

We cannot say enough amazing things about our travel advisor, Travel with Rebe and Rebecca Williams. From the very beginning, she made the entire cruise booking process incredibly simple, stress-free, and enjoyable. Every detail was handled professionally, and she was always available to answer questions, make recommendations, and guide us through the entire experience.
What made this trip even more special was that Rebecca and her husband Jeff were actually on the same cruise with us aboard the Norwegian Breakaway. Having our travel advisor onboard was honestly such an amazing experience because anytime we had questions or needed assistance, she was right there to help. That level of service and dedication is something you simply do not get everywhere.
Not only was Rebecca incredibly professional and knowledgeable, but she and Jeff were also genuinely fun to spend time with. We had the opportunity to go to dinner with them several times throughout the cruise and had an absolutely fantastic time. They truly made the vacation feel more personal and memorable.
Rebecca goes above and beyond for her clients and clearly cares about making sure everyone has an incredible experience from start to finish. If you are looking for someone who will make travel easy, enjoyable, and completely stress-free, we highly recommend booking with Travel with Rebe. We will absolutely be using her again for future vacations!

Providence, Rhode Island: An Insider’s Guide to Its Food, Culture & Historic Venues
Providence is a city that quietly exceeds expectations—where historic architecture, world-class design, and an exceptional culinary scene converge in a highly walkable setting. My connection to the city runs deeper than most: I spent years working inside The Strand Ballroom & Theatre, a landmark venue dating back to the early 1900s. From managing the front door to overseeing coat check and designing event décor, I experienced firsthand how this historic space transforms into one of the city’s most dynamic nightlife environments. That perspective shaped how I see Providence—not just as a destination, but as a living, evolving experience layered with history, creativity, and energy. With institutions like Trinity Repertory Company and landmarks like the State House anchoring its identity, Providence delivers a refined yet authentic New England escape.
