With 20+ years of experience producing high-profile global events, I help discerning travelers—families on-the-go, explorers, photography enthusiasts, or anyone curious about the world—experience trips they'll never forget. Every trip is crafted to feel effortless and authentic.
I draw inspiration from bustling cities and serene landscapes alike: discovering new foods, art, people, wildlife, and historical sites—or simply recharging with an ocean view. I’m also mindful of incorporating sustainable travel choices whenever possible. Traveling with young kids? I’ve been there, too.

Rachel was an exceptional travel advisor! Her communication was clear, and she was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. She thoughtfully curated hotel options based on all of my preferences to create a special birthday experience for my out-of-town sister. When there were unexpected hiccups with the hotel, Rachel was an incredible advocate—calling the hotel multiple times, even over the weekend, to make sure our needs were addressed and doing everything in her power to support us. Having her as a trusted ally made all the difference. I highly recommend working with Rachel!

Rachel booked our Tokyo stay this summer, and it was perfect. My son and I had some unusual hotel requests, and she found us a five-star property in a lesser-known neighborhood — a refreshing alternative to the busy hot spots we’d already visited. She truly understands what it’s like to travel with young kids, finding a place that worked for both me and a hangry, overheated child! From VIP treatment at check-in to a little “me time” at the spa while my son was cared for, everything was seamless. Rachel even arranged our car service to the airport, making our departure from a neighborhood with less Uber traffic completely stress-free. I can’t recommend her enough!
