Paige Fountain

Paige helped us book the perfect rooms, securing connecting rooms instead of the two bedroom! We really enjoyed the additional perks such as included breakfast, resort credit and welcome tray on arrival!!!

We recently booked a family getaway to the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines through Paige, and it could not have been smoother! From the very beginning, she took the time to understand what we were looking for — something fun for our toddler, relaxing for us as parents, and a trip that didn’t feel stressful to plan.

Every detail was thought through, from the perfect room location to activity suggestions (our little one LOVED the lazy river and meeting the resort animals!). She made the entire process effortless and saved us hours of research and planning.

What stood out most was how responsive and patient she was with our many questions. She truly went above and beyond, and it felt like she cared about our trip as if it were her own family’s.
