Misha was proactive with our booking, following up after we'd made an earlier booking with a different hotel (the one we stayed at) at the same price point but with features she thought we'd appreciate (the potable water! and a charitable/sustainable mission). She coordinated our pick up from the airport, which was hassle free and appreciated given our late flights. She checked in after we'd arrived to make sure everything was going okay as well. I was uncertain of the value proposition of a travel agent for a booking like this, which isn't super high end, but I've been utterly convinced.
