I had the opportunity to start traveling in my teens, and it has grown into an all-consuming passion that continues to this day. As a certified yoga instructor teaching internationally, I love all aspects of health and wellness travel. From boutique retreats tucked along the Costa Rica coastline to the most luxurious all-inclusive resorts of Europe and Asia, and some of the finest spas and wellness programs in the world, I can help you craft the perfect, blissful escape for singles, couples, families and groups. And while I love nothing more than an extra-lux hotel with an amazing spa, I also seek out the different, the interesting, the local and the authentic when I travel, and I strive to give my clients the same perfect mix of luxury and authenticity.

One of the best ways to find the authentic soul of a place is through its food – eating it, but especially cooking it. I’ve cooked everywhere from small family kitchens in the Himalayas to professional kitchens in Bangkok, and I’ve even rolled chapatis in the world’s largest free kitchen! I’m eager to show clients delicious culinary travel opportunities (and share some recipes).

Another way to connect deeply with a culture is by giving something back, whether through acts of service, charitable giving, or even simply by stepping outside the comfort zone of beautiful hotels, looking past the usual landmarks and learning what life is like for regular folks at your destination.
