She will make sure that your travel experience is not only seamless and stress-free, but also filled with rich cultural insight, authentic encounters, and unexpected moments of joy (like that suggestion that I climb a hill on the outskirts of Florence to hear the monks sing Gregorian chants and see the sunset). Her meticulous planning is matched only by her warm, intuitive presence—she knows when to step in with guidance and when to step back to let discovery unfold organically. She brings a rare blend of professionalism, curiosity, and heart. Traveling with her is not just a trip—it’s a transformation. I came back rested, rejuvenated, and excited for more discovery. When I had an unexpected medical need, she helped me with immediate advice and assistance, and turned what could have been a serious disruption into a manageable footnote to an otherwise splendid trip. Meredith also organized day-trips for me, using Florence as a base: I had memorable trips to Cinque Terre, Pisa, Siena, and San Giminiano. All in all, you can't imagine an expert with more heart and sensitivity, and a greater imagination for the right combination of experience, discovery, and rest.
