Meredith saved the day! My friends and I were in Manarola in the Cinque Terre and planned to take the train to Portofino for a three-night stay. Several days before travel, we learned that there was going to be a train strike and we needed to figure out another way to get to Portofino. We also read some terrible reviews of the hotel we had chosen. We quickly decided to change our plans and needed help booking a better property in the same area. Meredith chose the Excelsior Palace in Rafallo. It was just a quick ferry to Santa Margarita and Portifino but it was actually nicer, less pricey AND we were able to have two rooms next to each other in a better property. She made this happen in less than 30 minutes and the hotel she chose made our vacation so so special. We can't thank her enough for being there for us in a pinch and helping us to make this important change in a moment's notice. We will absolutely utilize her for future vacations!

Meredith is always there for us. She planned this trip per our request with less than one day's notice. She sent info on getting there and things to do. Day of, she sent an email to check in and make sure all was good. Meredith makes it easy!

During our stay here, Meredith organized a perfect first day experience with a Tuk Tuk tour. We were able to have our own guide, tour us around the city and not have to walk too much, given how exhausted from traveling we were! It was a genius move.

The second day we were there, she rebooked the coolest day trip to the most beautiful town, Sintra. Initially she booked us a full day trip and our 2 teens asked if we could do a half day. Meredith pivoted at the last minute and booked us a half day. She organized this private tour guide that drove us there and back, and was super knowledgeable and fun! Even our teens enjoyed it!
