Melissa is the best travel advisor you can get! When we decided to stop over in Kuala Lumpur to break up our flights, she came up with the Ibis option very quickly. She has plenty of travel experience herself which is very helpful. She is proactive and fast, comes with great suggestions to save money or have a more convenient trip (for instance had great suggestions for our plane tickets). She made sure Ibis had a baby cot ready for us.
