Melissa’s attention to detail was evident from the start. She was very knowledgeable about the ship, the restaurants, the excursions, the perks, etc which made our experience less stressful. She always double checked our reservations to confirm and sent us reminders for the important things such as filling in important paperwork, what we needed to get on and off the ship, etc. She was quick to find solutions and answers when needed. I will definitely book through her again.
