We were planning an excursion from Taipei to Fenchihu at the last minute, and wanted to stay at this specific hotel. Melissa was able to get us a great room at great rate for the exact dates to fit our strict timeline, even when everything online said there was no availability! Melissa got on the phone for us and somehow made it happen!

Wow, what can one say about Melissa Mathews?! We do not know what we would have done without all of her assistance. She was constantly there to make sure everything went smoothly. When our customs line ended up being over 3 hours she took care of contacting our driver and making sure we were taken care of. She was so incredibly detail oriented and thorough. She was in constant contact with our hotel to make sure everyone made our Honeymoon special. Traveling to a new country can be stressful and a bit scary but Melissa truly eased all of our nerves so we could just enjoy ourselves.
