Melissa to the rescue… Traveling for work during the government shutdown was far from smooth. My flight to Virginia Beach was delayed multiple times, and the uncertainty was incredibly stressful. She rebooked me on a new flight faster than the airline’s own customer service and proactively contacted my hotel to ensure they held my room for my late arrival.
