Working with Marisa was an absolute dream! I had a very last-minute vacation idea, and she pulled everything together perfectly, exceeding our expectations! Her thoroughness was evident throughout - going the extra mile by reminding us of next steps, due dates, and flight check-ins. Throughout the process, Marisa was thoughtful of our budget and provided recommendations that fit perfectly with our parameters. I also appreciated that she provided real-life advice, based on what works for her and her family. I always felt she had our family's best interests in mind, and going forward, I can’t imagine booking a vacation without her consultation. The final touch was the sweet note that was waiting for us in our hotel room – wishing us an amazing trip.

Marisa was friendly and very easy to work with. She listened well to what we were looking for and did an excellent job tailoring her suggestions to our desires. She went above and beyond with thinking through all the details, which made our vacation time smooth and stress-free. All the planning work was done before we left home, so we could just enjoy our time abroad.

During our trip I woke up each morning, looked at our itinerary on the FORA app, and just followed the plan. Our family made very few adjustments. The pace was just about perfect, which is entirely due to Marisa listening so well to us ahead of time about how we like to vacation.

New experiences like taking a train during rail reconstruction in a country where we don't speak the language could have been intimidating, but because Marisa had talked us through it ahead of time and done so much planning for us (pre-hiring drivers to and from train stations, buying train tickets, writing directions in the FORA app, etc), we felt confident about what we were doing.

I'm grateful for Marisa's help with our trip and would use her services again in a heartbeat.

When our flights were delayed two whole days because of tornados and TSA delays, Marisa was on the phone immediately with Disney helping move our trip, our tickets, our hotel rooms, etc...

If we had booked everything ourselves, it would have been a nightmare to navigate. She spent hours and hours helping us and I will forever be grateful. She was so optimistic and a shoulder to cry on as well.
