I took a shot in the dark messaging Marisa to see if she could help us with a (VERY) last minute hotel stay… and before I knew it, we were booked at a discounted rate and on our way! Marisa made my birthday trip to Disneyland absolutely perfect! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make everything magical, easy, and fun. She created customized packages to help us choose the best hotel, handled all our dining reservations (we didn’t even have to wake up early 60 days out to snag our ideal times!), and shared so many amazing tips — including insider advice for the Oogie Boogie Bash! There were so many perks booking through Maris- from free Disney pins and dining discounts to a surprise room upgrade at Pixar Place Hotel. Even though we visit Disneyland multiple times a year and consider ourselves pretty Disney-savvy, Marisa still taught us new tricks and insights we’d never heard before! The best part was how effortless she made the whole process. It was such a treat to just enjoy the magic without worrying about logistics or reservations. I truly felt like a VIP the entire time! Beyond all that, Marisa was simply a joy to work with. She is kind, helpful, and genuinely passionate about making your Disney experience unforgettable. Working with Marisa was an A++++ experience! She was extremely responsive and clear, and patient with our questions. She absolutely nailed all our requests. It was so easy and fun to communicate with her, and while this was Marisa's first time booking a Formula One travel weekend, you'd never know. She hit it out of the park!
