I studied Folklore and Mythology at Harvard, which shaped the way I think about storytelling and the emotional rituals of travel. Louis was so helpful, and made booking the travel for my company's team retreat in DC so easy! The hotel he chose was in a great location, near delicious restaurants and right across from coworking office that he found for us to have our meetings in. I highly recommend working with him.

Louis was the best! I had to change my reservation more than once and he was so accommodating, efficient, and attentive. He made it very easy. The options that Louis put together for me fit the description of what I was looking for perfectly and he arranged wonderful perks at the hotel, including breakfast at the coffee bar, which I appreciated given my work schedule. I would work with Louis again in a heartbeat.

Our trip to Portugal was an absolute dream, and it would not have been the same without Louis. From Lisbon’s winding streets to the stunning architecture of Porto to the breathtaking views of the Douro Valley, every hotel, activity, and restaurant he recommended was spot-on for what my sister and I envisioned.
Louis’s communication was flawless from start to finish. He checked in often, answered questions quickly, and made sure we felt supported at every stage of the trip. He was incredibly flexible, helping us think through options and adjusting plans as needed.
