We would never have found this hotel without Laurie, who identified it as the kind of hotel (modern, stylish, boutique, very clean and comfortable) we like to stay at (rather than a large hotel chain). She thought the area and amenities would be perfect for us--and they were! She communicated so clearly and efficiently with us and with the hotel that we had absolute confidence that our experience would be wonderful, and it was. She put together a very easy to review portfolio of options and made every step of the process of our travels feel seamless. We will use her for all of our future travels, recommend her to our friends, and we are already planning a trip to Japan with her right now!

Laurie is amazing. She presented us with various hotel options so we could select the one that best suited our needs. She booked the reservation quickly and highlighted all of the perks to which we were entitled by booking with her. She let us know bed options in advance, also inquired as to whether we needed early check-in or late check-out and sent us all confirmation and booking info so we had it at our fingertips. Will never book my travel wih anyone else!
