Lauren was detailed, had great communication and was super great about finding our family the perfect trip! She took into account our family size, timing of the trip and cost we were looking for and blended it altogether to find the best choice for us! She communicated prior to us leaving to make sure all our ducks were in a row, as she truly cared about our family having the best worry-free, fun time! We will definitely be using her again for future trips! She made it so easy!
