From the start of this transaction to the conclusion of the trip Lauren was exactly what we needed for a “turn key” vacation. We wanted a quick getaway and Lauren gave us just that. She handled everything from the initial booking, to our restaurant reservations, and even sent us a little welcome gift to our room! She made sure she got us a generous breakfast credit daily as well which ended up saving us a bunch of money!! The resort was beautiful and def our “new quick getaway” go-to! Lauren called us to check in when we arrived to make sure everything was up to our standards, and to ensure everything went smooth with the check in process. She also called the day after we got home to see how our trip went. 10/10 recommend letting Lauren handle every aspect of your trip to take the stress off yourself and truly enjoy your time! The only question is where are we going next ?!! :) maybe we will let Lauren decide!
