Kylie has a keen attention to detail. Prior to booking she gave us various options based on what type of trip we were looking for. She knows our preferences and anticipated any need and amenities we would be looking for. She gave various options, with exact details of each property. Once we decided on our locations she sent us recommendations for sights, restaurants, and sample itineraries. Our hotel dropped in price a few times. She was tracking and made the necessary adjustments.this saved us a few hud red dollars which was a great surprise. She has a keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills and follow through. Every interaction with her is so pleasant. I wouldn’t travel any other way. Thank you Kylie.
