I was completely impressed with Kristina's professionalism and customer service and how she made this trip happen for us through her hard word and dedication to make it all come to a beautiful trip from start to finish. She gave us great service and we were so happy with how cost efficient and effective this experience was. She paid precise attention to all the details of our travels. Kristina Trotta was very easy to communicate with and always responded promptly to any questions we had regarding the hotel, the flights, the car and any excursions we were interested in and just any general question.
