Kristina took care of all the accommodations, including mentioning that it was my wife's 40th birthday, which meant that we had a small cake & card waiting for her when we got to our room. Kristina also booked for other family members and made sure that the hotel knew we were all together so that we were able to get rooms on the same floor. I will continue to use Kristina for all my future bookings!
