Kristin was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the start, she really listened to what we were looking for and matched us with a great resort. She was supportive and responsive throughout the planning process, including securing private transportation. She also quickly helped resolve an issue with the resort when we arrived by working directly with them without our involvement. I highly recommend Kristin and will definitely be using her again for our next trip!!

Kristin was SO helpful booking the flight, hotels, and our driver. She went above and beyond checking in on us every step of the way and making sure we were aware of any changes made while we were there. We were able to enjoy the vacation fully without worrying about anything! Can't wait to book our next trip with Kristin! :)

Our stay at Secrets Baby Beach in Aruba was fantastic, and we owe a huge thank-you to Kristin for making it such a smooth experience. She was always available, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful with every detail of our trip. From offering great recommendations to making sure all of our plans were perfectly arranged, her support made everything effortless. We truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Our trip to London was exquisite from start to finish; Kristin had every detail planned out perfectly. From top notch hotel accommodations - located in the heart of the city - to suggestions on how to best spend our time while we were visiting. Her passion and experience in traveling made this a dream vacation for us! We already have our eye on the next adventure and will be booking with Kristin again!

Kristin was amazing to work with! Her communication was always timely and clear, and she really took my preferences into account. The hotel she recommended was perfect—clean, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, and great for NYC standards. I also loved her dining suggestion at Koi Sushi, which was delicious and the perfect atmosphere after a long day. Kristin made the entire planning process stress-free and enjoyable, and I’ll definitely use her again for future trips! 10/10
