Kristin was fantastic to deal with. She took care of everything for us from making the initial reservation to following up on every detail imaginable. Kristin is a lifesaver. We made a last minute decision to go to NYC for spring break, and I had the daunting task of finding a place to stay for 4 adults and 7 kids. I reached out to Kristin and within hours we were booked at a place that was exactly what we wanted in terms of room size, location, and price range. She communicated during booking, leading up to the stay, and during our stay. Everything was perfect. Kristin is amazing at what she does and I can't wait to use her for all our future trips. Recommend 11/10!!!

Kristin did all the footwork for us when we were first looking for places to go for a 95th bday celebration. She was so organized with her spread sheet of different accommodation, places to go and pricing which made it easy for all of us to view and choose. Kristin followed up several time and even had cards for us waiting at check in to welcome us. She even looked into activities for us to do, unfortunately because of age and limitations we were not able to do a lot of them. Overall Kristin is a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend her.
