Kristen is a gem! She is professional, accommodating, and truly has your best interest at heart. As a family of 7, she really went above and beyond to find the right fit for our family and within our budget. She was always avaliable and got back to me in a very reasonable time. Kristen was in contact with our resort and was able to get us 2 breakfast packages for each room and a resort credit which was a huge help for our large family. I highly recommend Kristen and will definitely be using her services again in my future travel plans.

We had already booked Hotel Indigo on Expedia when we saw a post from Kristen mentioning she could still assist clients even after they’ve made reservations. We reached out—and we’re so glad we did! Kristen took over our booking and added so much value: daily breakfast, a resort credit, early check-in, late check-out, and even upgraded us to an ocean view!

When we arrived, we were greeted with a personal note and a welcome basket in our room—such a thoughtful touch. Kristen was absolutely wonderful to work with: very responsive, resourceful, and full of great recommendations. We also appreciate how attentive Kristen was, checking in with us before, during, and after our trip to ensure everything went smoothly. It was clear that Kristen truly cares about her clients’ experiences and wants to make sure every detail is perfect. Honestly, she was more organized and on top of our vacation than we were!
