Kim is the best. She listened to all our requests. Which couldn’t have been easy since there was 10 of us. She was able to get us all at the same table for dinner. She got reservations for all the shows. Booked a private shuttle for us from the port to the airport. Kim was always available to talk to and answered all our questions and we had a lot of them.
