Kevin did a great job assisting us with our cruise booking and helping resolve hiccups along the way.
He was always responsive when I had questions, sent payment links promptly, and made sure we were aware of important steps like online check-in and port requirements.
Kevin also offered support with additional planning, including hotel and transportation arrangements, and was consistently helpful throughout the process.
