Working with Katie Lazarus was an absolute dream. From the very beginning of planning to checking in on us during the trip, Katie was an all-star travel agent who I would recommend without hesitation.

We were planning a group trip with a lot of moving parts—different budgets, preferences, and expectations—and Katie handled it all with grace and expertise. She really listened to what we needed and helped us narrow in on the Viceroy Los Cabos, which ended up being the perfect fit. Her guidance on room categories and the food and beverage package made all the difference in creating a seamless, stress-free experience.

What really stood out was how above and beyond Katie went. When I ended up in the hospital the week before our trip, she proactively reached out with potential backup options in case we had to cancel or reschedule. That level of care and thoughtfulness made us feel incredibly supported.

Katie was a super helpful advisor end-to-end! She helped me narrow down on location and hotel options when I came to her wanting to plan a quick winter New Years get away somewhere in the Caribbean! I loved that I was able to find a luxury hotel at a great rate with added perks and everything was taken care of with my room when I arrived. There was a yummy bottle of bubbles waiting for me as a special touch, and she checked in often to hear how the trip was going - perfect white glove service!
