After many years of planning vacations for 5 to 7 family members on my own, it was time to put this in the hands of a professional, and I am so glad I did. I had an idea of where I wanted to go, but the thought of flights, hotels, airport transfers, and activities was daunting, especially since this was an international trip. I am so glad I called Kat! So seamless. All she needed was the location, dates, and number of people. Within short order, I had options laid out for me. It was perfect, like a simple restaurant menu. All I had to do was pick, and the next thing I had in front of me was an itinerary spelling out our trip on a daily basis! Oh, and she doesn't stop there. From confirming hotel stays shortly before our trip, to checking us into our flights and confirming airport transfers, to confirming activities, she does it all.. Not sure why I didn't do this before, but I know now that I will go to Kat whenever I am planning a vacation. THANK YOU, KAT!!!!

I've had a few experiences having Kat book hotel stays for me. As usual, the experience was seamless and straightforward. Kat stayed on top of the hotel a few days before my arrival to ensure that I'd have the experience I expected. There was a slight hiccup at the hotel where an associate who checked me in was less familiar with the process and amenities that I should have received - not a huge deal. Within a few hours of my check in, Kat actually proactively reached out to me to see how the experience was and ended up talking directly with the hotel manager, who apologized several times and made things right sending me a gift and hand-written note. You'll find a lot of websites where agents talk about owning the client experience. I've never worked with a vendor who takes the client experience as seriously as Kat does. Before, during, and after my stay, Kat showed that it was as important to her as it was to me that I have an experience with the amenities promised and that I have a positive experience. While she's not overbearing, or in my face, she does make it clear that my experience is important to her so I appreciate her outreach to me during my stay to ensure that things are going as promised. I look forward to my next booking experience with Kat.
