Kassidy did an absolutely phenomenal job planning our trip. From start to finish, her communication was timely, clear, and reassuring—which made the entire process stress-free. She truly listened to what mattered most to us and thoughtfully customized every detail of our experience.

She took into careful consideration that we prefer nicer hotels, wanted to feel safe in a large metropolitan area like Seattle (which we’re not used to), and also wanted to be within an hour’s drive or not a lot further of the national parks—and she nailed all of it perfectly. Every recommendation made sense for our comfort level, travel style, and priorities.

Everything flowed seamlessly, and we felt fully taken care of the entire time. We could truly relax and enjoy our trip without worrying about logistics. I would absolutely recommend Kassidy to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful travel planner. We will 100% be using her again for future trips!
