My Story

I’m Carina Campos—a Mexican travel designer specializing in slow, design-forward culinary journeys.

Originally from Guadalajara, my relationship with travel began at 18 when I moved to Spain, later living in London and exploring Europe, North Africa, and Asia. Those early experiences shaped my belief that travel should engage all the senses—through food, architecture, culture, and meaningful connection.

After studying Tourism Administration and spending eight years in San Diego’s hospitality industry, I discovered Baja California’s wine country—Mexico’s largest wine region—and built my career curating elevated travel experiences rooted in gastronomy, wine culture, and design.

For over eight years, I’ve managed complex itineraries for celebrations, groups, and corporate travel, blending seamless logistics with deeply immersive experiences. In recent years, I’ve expanded my portfolio to include the Amalfi Coast and other destinations that share my love for coastal living, culinary excellence, and refined hospitality.

To me, travel is not about checking boxes—it’s about creating space to experience a destination fully and intentionally.

Travel Style

I design journeys meant to be enjoyed at a thoughtful pace—never rushed.

My itineraries balance outdoor exploration with exceptional gastronomy, from scenic hikes and vineyard experiences to Michelin-recognized dining and hidden local gems. I pay close attention to the wine culture and distilled traditions of each region, ensuring every destination is experienced through its flavors.

Design and architecture play an essential role in how I curate travel. I gravitate toward boutique, design-forward properties that offer both refined hospitality and a strong sense of place.

I love layering experiences—interactive cooking classes, private tastings, art galleries, museum visits, and meaningful wellness moments. Whether it’s a restorative spa, a massage with ocean views, or simply intentional downtime, wellness is always woven into the journey.

The result is a seamless, sensory-rich experience that feels elevated yet effortless.
