She very quickly came up with some ideas and after discussing them we picked on Dubrovnik which I would never have thought of. I explained what sort of hotel I wanted and she came up with several with pros and cons of all of them. I decided on one and I couldn’t have been happier. It was exceptional. Amazing service. Karen organised our holiday specific to our requirements and 8 month old baby's needs.
