I’ve been traveling my whole life, always drawn to new cultures, experiences, and people. Based in New York City, I’ve visited 18 countries and love helping others uncover the joy of discovery through travel. When I’m not planning trips, you’ll find me cooking, dining out, spending time with friends and family, or seeking my next adventure.
Travel Style
What excites me most about travel is the way a place can surprise you, how you can find yourself saying, “Oh wow, this is so me,” about a food, activity, or hidden corner you never knew existed. As a travel advisor, I love curating trips that capture that same feeling for my clients with experiences that are thoughtful, elevated, and completely personal. I believe every day should have purpose—but not pressure. A few guided experiences with curated suggestions layered in so clients can explore at their own pace. The result: trips that feel spontaneous but deeply researched, polished yet personal, and full of discoveries you didn’t even know to look for. For me, the best trips combine immersive local experiences, a sense of history, and plenty of great meals.

She began by offering destination ideas, and once we selected a location (which, admittedly, we wouldn't have considered on our own), she didn't simply suggest a generic itinerary. Instead, Kaitlin took the time to understand our interests and tailored every detail to our preferences. The result was a perfect balance of activities—each excursion was fantastic, and every recommendation was spot-on. In addition to the itinerary, Kaitlin went above and beyond by providing restaurant suggestions, a comprehensive packing guide based on our planned activities, and daily check-ins during our trip.
