Our stay at the Fairmont Banff Springs was absolutely unforgettable, thanks to the thoughtful planning by Julie. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away — especially by the surprise birthday cake waiting for us at check-in! Julie was happy to make recommendations for restaurants, tours, and anything else we asked of her! Everything was perfectly planned and organized in a shared Google Doc, including confirmation details, etc.
