John was super easy to work with. We told them our general budget range, what we wanted to do on our trip, and how we wanted to travel. He hopped on a Zoom call with us and took us through all the options pointing out things to enhance our trip or things we could save on. The whole experience was great!

John is incredible. He found us the HIX hotel and made all of the arrangements. He went way above and beyond and contacted the hotel to get us in a different hotel room. He had called to check in on us and (based on the check in conversation) moved our room to one that better addressed the experience we were looking for in Vieques. His positive energy put is in the right frame of mind - not only for the night at the hotel, but for the entire trip to Puerto Rico.
