Joey was very helpful and we feel that she found us some excellent accomodations for our trip to Costa Rica. She was also quick to help when we decided to extend our stay by two days due to the big snowstorm in the US.

We love Joey!!! She listened to what kind of experience we desired and found the perfect place for us. She always responded to emails and WhatsApp in a timely manner.
When we had to adjust our stay in Costa Rica due to a snow storm at home, she took care of the arrangements so that we had one less thing to worry about. Knowing that we had a trusted & knowledgeable individual in the States that we could reach if needed, gave us added peace of mind while we were out of the country.
