Joel nailed it with this one. He really listened to our wants and needs and found the perfect hotel for our family. He’s so responsive and great at providing options that fit what you’re looking for. We were lucky to have him as our travel agent. Would definitely use him again in the future.

Amazing service and expertise all the way around! He really made sure we chose the right hotel for our needs. He is not afraid to tell you to not go to a certain hotel based on his experience! He made sure to contact the hotel so that everything was on spot when we arrived with our two small children. Really appreciate all the help and sparring! Will definitely get in touch for our future travels!

Joel knocked it out of the park. He understood our goals, our preferences, and our price points for this particular trip. His timely communication and reliability made planning and executing this trip a breeze. Additionally, I love planning trips myself and think of myself as pretty competent on my own, but to have a trusted advisor to bounce ideas off of was an incredible value-add in terms of narrowing down options and creating efficiencies throughout the journey.
