Our stay at Francis House was truly exceptional. Jenny really understood that we were looking for a unique hotel experience—something adults-only, intimate, and refined, without the feel of a large hotel, but instead reflective of the small, charming atmosphere of Calistoga. This beautifully restored historic property—once Calistoga’s hospital—is now an intimate eight-room retreat that felt both luxurious and welcoming. Each morning began with delicious, made-to-order breakfasts, and thoughtful touches like coffee delivered whenever we wanted, a stunning pool area, and even stocked sunscreen made the experience feel effortless. Its location was perfect—just steps from the main street, making it easy to stroll to dinner or explore the local shops.

Jenny also arranged an incredible lineup of winery visits, each one unique. Some included guided tours through the vineyards and production areas, where we learned about the winemaking process while tasting along the way. Others featured cave tours, taking us underground for a completely different and memorable experience. She carefully balanced the schedule, allowing time to relax, enjoy lunches, and fully take in each stop without ever feeling rushed.

She also secured wonderful dinner reservations, including a private dining experience where we were able to celebrate a birthday—complete with special touches waiting for us back at the hotel.

This is our second cruise we have booked with Jenny, and she did not disappoint. Her communication is spot-on. She recommended and booked our spectacular one-bedroom suite with ocean view, which turned out to be even better than we imagined. The resort itself was beautiful, the staff friendly and amazing, and the adult pool area was the perfect quiet spot for us to unwind with flowing drinks and tasty poolside lunches like street tacos, fajitas, and nachos. Jenny's knowledge of the property and the all-inclusive options made everything seamless, no stress, no surprises. She handled all the details so we could just focus on enjoying our trip. The dining variety (we loved the Italian and Indian spots especially!) and overall experience exceeded expectations, and we credit her for steering us to the right choice. Jenny is professional, responsive, genuinely passionate about travel, and goes above and beyond to make sure your vacation is perfect.
